Syneren Technologies is currently seeking an entry-level IT Help Desk professional to work internally for our employees. The primary responsibility of this role is to provide technical support staff.   Responsibilities:

  • Support and participate in execution of the operations and management of a group of Windows Operating Systems: Servers (2008 R2 and 2012 R2) and Workstations (Windows 7 and 10)
  • Support common applications such as Mozilla Firefox, Google Chrome, Antivirus, Remote Desktop, VoIP programs, Microsoft Office, and Adobe Creative Cloud
  • Network and local printer troubleshooting
  • Maintain network security, User account creation/administration, Microsoft Active Directory
  • Configure and maintain hardware, including PCs, printers, etc.
  • Antivirus software/Virus detection and removal
  • DNS concepts
Required Qualifications:
  • Minimum education of a high school diploma or equivalent (GED) required
  • 0-2 years of related work experience

  • Strong interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills; abililty to communicate effectively with all levels of staff
  • Highly self-motivated and directed with keen attention to detail
  • Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment
  • Ability to work independently and efficiently to meet deadlines
