Job location: Washington, DC

  • Bachelor’s degree in an IT related field and at least 7 years of technical experience supporting an enterprise computing environment
  • Must have an Active Secret clearance 
  • Certified ITIL Foundation or CMMI-Services 
  • Certified in at least one of the following:
    • CompTIA A+ Certification
    • Microsoft Certified Desktop Support Technician (MCDST)
    • Microsoft Certified Systems Administrator (MCSA)
  • Demonstrated experience in the following:
    • Managing Service Level Agreements
    • Managing a team of over 5 help desk technicians
    • Operating an automated IT ticketing system
    • Creating, managing, and reporting Project Tasks in MS Project Professional/MS Project Server
    • Knowledge of various aspects and components of security infrastructure
  • Knowledge of, and experience in, asset management, computer management systems, functions and operations
  • Must demonstrate initiative, conscientiousness, and provide complete follow-through on all areas of responsibility
  • Possess the following competencies:
    • Ability to lead a project including managing scope, schedule and risks
    • Ability to work independently or in a team environment
    • Ability to manage competing deadlines and multiple projects at various stages of development using effective organization skills and attention to detail
    • Ability to communicate, both verbally and in writing
