Job location: Washington, DC

  • Bachelor’s degree in IT related field and at least 7 years of technical experience supporting an enterprise computing environment.
  • Certified as either:
  • (CompTIA A+)
  • Microsoft Certified Desktop Support Technician (MCDST)
  • Microsoft Certified Systems Administrator (MCSA)
  • Certified ITIL Foundation or CMMI-Services
  • Demonstrated experience managing Service Level Agreements
  • Demonstrated experience managing a team of over 5 help desk technicians
  • Demonstrated experience operating an automated IT ticketing system
  • Demonstrated knowledge of various aspects and components of security infrastructure
  • Demonstrated knowledge of asset management, computer management systems, functions and operations demonstrated by prior work experience
  • Demonstrated experience in creating, managing, and reporting Project Tasks in MS Project Professional/MS Project Server.
  • Possess an active Secret clearance
  • Possess the following competencies:
  • Ability to lead a project including managing scope, schedule and risks.
  • Ability to work independently or in a team environment as demonstrated by prior work experience.
  • Ability to manage competing deadlines and multiple projects at various stages of development using effective organization skills and attention to detail as demonstrated by prior work experience.
  • Ability to communicate, both verbally and in writing.
  • Demonstrate initiative, is conscientious, and provides complete follow-through on all areas of responsibility.
