Syneren Technologies is looking for a Junior Technical Recruiter with 0-3 years of experience.
- Consults with management on current and future staffing needs for key or high-level professional positions to identify job requirements, potential applicants, and interview guides
- Sources, screens and interviews candidates from both internal and external sources, ensuring that recruiting practices comply with EEO and ADA guidelines.
- Coordinates interview schedule and reference/background checks with hiring management and HR
- Develops applicant flow for key positions. Develops and implements sources for applicants using internet sourcing, employee referral programs, job fairs, trade fairs, etc…
