Syneren Technologies APPRAISED AT CMMI LEVEL 3:
Syneren Technologies APPRAISED AT CMMI LEVEL 3
October 2, 2015 Syneren Technologies today announced that it has been
appraised at Level 3 of the CMMI Institute’s Capability Maturity Model Integration (CMMI)®.
This is a re-appraisal of Level 3certification that Syneren has been holding for the last 9 years.
CMMI® is a capability improvement approach that provides organizations with the
essential elements of effective processes that ultimately improve their performance.
An appraisal at maturity level 3 indicates the organization is performing at a “defined”
level. At this level, processes are well characterized and understood, and are described in
standards, procedures, tools, and methods. The organization’s set of standard processes, which
is the basis for maturity level 3, is established and improved over time.
Syneren’s exceptional growth results in two awards:
October marks a month of distinction for Syneren Technologies Corporation, during which we received two awards recognizing our growth – earning a spot on the Inc. 5000, and as one of SmartCEO’s Future 50 award winners for 2015.
Syneren earned the 1841st place (http://www.inc.com/profile/syneren-technologies) on the Inc. 5000 list, which ranks companies based on a three-year growth index. From 2010 to 2013, Syneren saw a 223% revenue increase, distinguishing us among 5000 leading companies nationwide.
Every year, SmartCEO (http://www.smartceo.com/us/) recognizes 50 of the fastest-growing companies in the competitive Washington D.C. region as the Future 50, representing businesses that have achieved incredible growth despite economic downturns and a public sector environment focused on cost-savings and tightening budgets. For ranking at the top of all participants in an examination of three-year employee and revenue growth, Syneren, along with the other awardees, will be featured in the January/February issue of Washington SmartCEO magazine and will be celebrated at an awards ceremony on January 27, 2015 at the Sheraton Premier at Tysons Corner.
Syneren’s focus on “Delivering High Performance” in IT, engineering, and program support for Federal contracting has attracted repeat customers and allowed us to achieve the growth needed for these awards. Syneren, which has earned distinctions in the past such as the 2009 Small Business of the Year for the Department of Transportation, currently supports a variety of customers such as DoD, DOT, NASA, and NOAA, among others.
Syneren’s success is the result of its employees working in its Arlington, VA and College Park, MD offices, as well as customer sites across the greater Washington D.C. area. With its current level of excellence, and these two new recognitions, Syneren is positioning itself to continue its success in the Federal contracting domain. Partners seeking to join Syneren in its current contract vehicles (https://syneren.com/contracts), or seeking new opportunities, can contact us at email@example.com.
