Work-Life Balance
Syneren cares about and supports its employees and their families’ physical and mental wellbeing. As part of this support, Syneren offers, in addition to vacation leave, universal paid time off (“PTO”) which can be used by employees for their own illness, the illness of a close family member, as well as for additional vacation days. Most importantly, Syneren hosts in-person and virtual employee engagement activities in support of a healthy work-life balance!
